Last week I ordered a new auto battery which I was happy to find out has a blue LED, since it is my first non-orange one. Well, there seems to be a problem, some of my pre-filled carts and some of my blanks will not screw on correctly. Is there a way to fix this, because I would really love to use it, but some of these carts are making it impossible.

Fine sandpaper, very gently, for just a few passes on the threads of the battery.. then test it out for fit. You don't want to sand TOO far down.. but just enough to still hold the carto tight.

Had this problem with my auto passthru, none of the CoolCarts would screw on, premiums were fine, though. Sandpaper worked like a charm and it took like 2 seconds to fix. :D

By "will not screw on correctly", what exactly are you experiencing?
Do the threads not line up?
Do they only go on halfway?
Do they go on all the way, but don't activate?

Each one of these symptoms may have a different fix, and with more information, some more help may be provided which may propose a solution for your problem.

I would avoid sanding down threads until you understand more about what the problem is. You might find that following advice to sand down the threads might make the problem worse if it had a different reason for not fitting. And by worse, I mean the battery would then be unusable.

The carts aren't going on all the way. They will screw on about halfway or less and then stop. I have that problem sometimes with my auto xl as well, but never with my two manual batts. Also, some of the carts that only go halfway on the auto batt, work fine on the auto XL, so it seems to be hit or miss, because on occasion even the ones that will not work with the auto, also do not work on the auto XL, but that's been rare so far.
