What solar chargers do you have Anita? I am looking for one to take camping.

I got one of those Sunpak 2800mah Chargers. It has an internal lithium polymer battery. It's small & easy to carry. I've tested it several times & I get at the least 14 hrs of charging our cig batts out of it without having to recharge it, itself. Comes with a usb cord to charge with or by solar. It takes longer charging it up solar btw. So far it's been very reliable for me. The other one I have is a 2600mah w/the Li-Polymer internal batt. It came with a "sit n go" type 510 Pass Thru. It charges very well. I've used the PT with it just by the light of the desk lamp. LOL ! That one also came with a usb cord & wall outlet charger. But does great in the sun. The 510 PT that came with it has no where near the strength of our V4L ones. But I don't care, I got an adapter to the 808's and use the V4L cartos just fine. It'll keep me vaping thru the power outages all smiling and happy, then vape by battery at night. It also has the output for usb to recharge V4L batts. The first one mentioned I got off Amazon. The one with the PT was from another supplier....

Sorry family--back on topic. I like my autos too, Harmony. To me, the vape is a little cooler than on the manuals. Anyway, my beautiful purple diamond auto just started coming on anytime it was moved. So hopefully, I have another one on the way--replacement is coming. But it was weird, just would turn on if I moved it. No carto on it. Almost felt like it was haunted--I was afraid to be alone in a room with it.

Believe it or not, I actually had my ego-t battery turn on by itself one night when it was sitting in my lap. The button was facing up and I saw it light up so I took a drag and it was definately on. It was the craziest thing because these are manual batteries. Hasn't happened since though but I do push it 5 times to lock when it will be sitting for any length of time because I don't want it to blow an atty or something.

Oh wow, you're from houston too! Yea, the traffic can be murder.. luckily i work from home now...

yea, i get a lot of vapor using the manuals. With the auto, ive gotta keep a consistant drag to keep the battery going..

Yeah!! Lucky you!! I don't have it so bad now that I changed shifts. I'm now on the road at 1pm and 11pm so not too bad on traffic. But I drive a manual transmission and my clutch foot/calf gets pretty sore if there's any type of construction or a wreck! Btw, there's a Houston Vape Meet coming up in May if you are interested :)

Well harmony...the wind did not affect them.....now...if it stops raining and stays windy tonight, I'll take the ashcaps off and see it light up:D

Well it was worth a shot Keelala :)
Are you taking the ash cap off to see if it will auto fire that way? I've never taken one off...I may have to try this out :sneaky:

Every automatic battery LED I've had, has lit up while putting a condom on the end. The automatic switch needs the air to flow from the LED to the post end and the condom is pushing the air in the right direction. If you try to vape an automatic with no cartomizer attached, the LED lights up. I don't have any diamond series batts so I speculate that it has to do with the switch sensitivity. That's enough technical jargon. lol
