I was going to say Roger could likely be just as you've deduced it's likely the atty. those attys you use are so tight a draw on the air side likely every time you vape your pulling juice too. I've had the same issue with a few attys that were tight of draw.

If you can figure out what's causing it, and tweak it slightly, so that just the right amount of juice gets into the atty with every draw, that would be stellar!
