Hello everyone.
I just got my new stealth green camo battery (love it, it's beautiful) , but the only experience I have with auto's is one I have from another company with what seems like a 5 second cut off ,which is way I switched to manuals. (didn't try hubby's autos before).
To get back to my question :) the draw on the auto seems really hard, seems like no air flow. Is there something I can do to loosen it up?

I just now tried hubby's and his is the same way, am I just use to the smooth draw of the manuals?

There is a difference in the draw between manual and auto, imho. But you could try to back the carto off just a little bit (not too much still must maintain contact with battery post) to allow more airflow through the holes ...

Also it may lighten up a bit after you get it broken in, some of my Diamonds are now triggered by motion (swing them in the lanyard a little and they activate) ... the switch loosened either with use or because I overfilled one too many times.

Ms. Ambrossiaa I know on the original kd's a good whack to the edge of a desk/table would loosen it a bit... I'm unsure with the new stealths, only just recieved mine, and the first one I'm trying doesn't have that issue....

Morandir, I think your onto something. It is just me, I don't seem to have the power behind my draws, lol. Adjusted the post like snow suggested (almost did hit on the corner of the desk too), but no change. Hubby just took and said "it's fine, if you can't use it I"ll take it". But it's so pretty I don't want to give it up (I bought him 3 stealth along with my one).

.........hmmmmm

Ambrossia take your Stealh battery and compare the air intake holes with your other batteries. I had one battery where the air intake holes were much smaller than on my other batteries which made it very hard to draw. The battery connectors are made from extruded aluminum so it's pretty easy to enlarge the air intake holes by insert a large sewing needle into the hole and applying a little pressure in a circular motion.

Hope that works for you Ambrossia...outside of that I'm out of tricks.
