Automatic 510 battery issues?

Hi everyone,

I got my 510 starter kit in the mail today and it came with one automatic and one manual battery. The problem is the automatic doesn't seem to work! I tried both attys and a couple different chargers (the one it comes with and the pcc i ordered separately) and nothing. The LED flashes showing that its been screwed in but even after 8 hours on the charger it doesn't work. Someone have any suggestions for a new vaper?

Contact the company you purchased from, sounds faulty to me. I have 7 Joye510 batteries and non of them do that. Non of them take longer then 4 hours to charge either. See if you can replace it? I am still new, but that doesn't sound like a good battery at all.

You might try adjusting the center post on the battery. Use a needle or something else very thin and LIGHTLY pry up on the center post. I have 1 battery that sometimes requires this after charging. The charger presses the center post down and the post tends to stick in a position lower than that required for contact.

After some more messing around I managed to find out something that makes it work, but it is definitely not a permanent fix. What I normally have to do is blow hard into the atty and battery and it will work for a few straight puffs. Once I let the thing sit for no more than half a minute I have to repeat it

lol just stick with the manual and order some more. Auto batts have never been reliable for me and with my experience they can go out just as fast as an atty.

That's probably what I'm gonna wind up doing. When I ordered the kit I assumed it would be all auto batteries because the site said they were out of manuals. Guess that isn't exactly the case because I'm not impressed with the auto batteries at all
