You'll find that true for everything Iken makes. He takes things and makes them better. That's because he is a vaper and not just someone trying to make money.

This is the automatic battery, I thought this one an item he just bought?

Here is a comparison between the pile of batteries I got had got direct from China and the ones I got from Ikenvape.

The tube looks identical except for the length and the end cap. I can't find any other physical differences. I am pretty sure the tubes came from the same source. The led cap is very different.

The auto switch is a whole different experience. The auto switch on the ones I got from Iken works very well. The auto switch on the ones I got myself require a harder draw to operate, too hard of a draw.

When the batteries from Iken are almost depleted they produce more vapor then the ones I got fresh off the charger. That part does not make sense to me as I figured both were unregulated. Perhaps the switch affects how much vapor comes through.

The ones I imported are trash. The ones I got from Iken work very well.

I just bought one and it worked so well I ordered a couple of more. I thought they were regulated being as it stated they had a consistent output of 3.9 V. Does that mean they come off the charger at 3.9 and decrease as you use it? It seems to have a very consistent vape. I didn't detect any difference until right before it ran down.

I'm surprised how much I'm diggin' this little thing..... Thanks Isaac !!!

I really like them too.

I went in to grab two more but they are gone now. I will wait until he has more of them.

I keep a 1000mAh in my pocket all the time now. I use a pair of larger devices on my desk (Provari) with Iken cartomizers loaded but when ever I am away from the desk I have one of these 1000mAh batteries in my pocket so I am never without something to vape.

The batteries I got direct are not near as good as yours. The ones I got from you work great, the ones I have a kind of wonky.

The tube portion might look the same but the outside of that there is a difference.

It is probably regulated with a resistor to bring it to 3.96 volts. It just doesn't have a regulator. It says the cut off time is shorter just before recharge is needed but I have yet to find the cutoff and I have taken some pretty long puffs.

What I really want is some of these just like his 1000mAh in 650nAh for a smaller more compact package. I keep a 1000mAh in my pocket all the time now. If Iken ever has these in a 650 version they are what I will use for biking.
Oh Jon,
I'm sorry that happened. I see it all the time with everything we carry. I had my fingers crossed when you first posted about buying direct. There are literally hundreds of manufactures now. It's even difficult for us deciphering the quality to impostors these days. When we try something new it's a Huge risk. I have so many failed prototypes to actual factory built products. *Gazing back to the 306 tank cartridge atomizers, ego LCD, Ikon (now known as the ego W) Nova infused CE5* The list can keep going but the root is, even we suffer and your not alone.

650 mah? Sure we can do that! How about if we go even further? ;)

Were you able to get the LED cover off. I want to dip them in paint or find something to put in it's place. I am not a fan of LED's on the end.

Hey John I found a chrome cap and it fit perfectly. It ought to it's off an ego. Didn't poke a hole in it but it still works great. That white line around it is from the camera flash. It's not there in real time. The LED is still hooked up but it doesn't show.

Totally missed that!! That looks AWESOME J5!!
I'm really glad that your loving it!
My sister has an embarrassingly large variation of the ego twist from TW.
I gave her one of these batteries along with 2 evods last night and she loved it so much and tossed her twist back into her bag
