Here is a link to an AVAAZ petition to the European Commission to keep electronic cigarettes as a general use item. AVAAZ is a world wide organization who collects signatures from all countries to help put pressure on target subjects. In other words, this petition is targeted at the European Commission but they want signatures from all over the world to help pressure them.
