Efest IMR 18650 2000mah 3.7v Rechargeable LiMn batteries • Efest IMR High Discharge Performance 3100

Much acclaimed battery for your mod with many comparing it favorably to the more expensive AW counterparts and at a much more reasonable cost. You can be sure that GotVapes has purchased these from one of the top, if not the most respected battery wholesaler.

Safe chemistry LiMN means reduced risk of venting with flame or explosion. Due to the safety inherent in IMR safe chemistry batteries there is no protection circuitry added or built in. This provides a slightly shorter battery length to enable a good fit in most mods.

To ensure longevity, it is not recommended to allow the battery to discharge below 2.5v.

Please note that due to their inherent safety, IMR cells don't have a protection circuit built in. They should never be discharged below 2.5 volts or cycle life/performance will be reduced. Maximum charge voltage is 4.25 volts.

We have both IMR and Protected Efest in stock.

Panasonic IMR Hybrid High Drain 18650 Li-Ion

The Powerful IMR High Drain HYBRID CGR18650CH 3.7V 2250mAh Battery made by Panasonic, manufactured in Japan.

This is made for high current applications (up to 10A), more than enough to run most high drain devices.

This high capacity battery (2250mah) provides much longer run time than a standard IMR battery.

A great choice for vapers needing a high drain battery for their vaping applications.

•Always exercise caution when charging any Li-Ion device, do not leave unattended and it is recommended to keep an eye on your charging location at all times. Use of a Safe Battery Charging bag is recommended.
•Info on this Panasonic battery tech: Panasonic has developed a new Solid Solution technology by mixing the high capacity characteristics of the Li-ion chemistry [cobalt based] cells, and high safety of the LiMn2O4 [manganese based] Lithium based batteries.

Other Important Safety & Usage Notes:
•Do not discharge below 2.5 volts as this will shorten the life of your battery.
•Use only high quality battery chargers
•Use common sense, do not expose to heat or leave in the sun. Use a battery charger that will cut off at 4.2v - Do not charge battery over 4.21 volts
•Do not charge unattended
•Do not store batteries fully charged for extended periods of time.
•Store in a cool and dry place.

To help determine if you may use button top or flat batteries is fairly simple in most cases...

Look at the battery contacts for the mod you are using... if they are raised contacts on both ends ( springs or a nub on either end ), then you can probably use either type.

If just one side is raised ( like with a spring ) and the other side has a flat contact, you should go with a button top.

Stacked battery mods where both batteries sit in a row one in front of another... will normally require a button top so the connection between the batteries can be made.

lavatube works with flat tops, at least v1's did. you could use a button top but the bottom cap wouldnt screw in all the way.

Provari's need a button top, flat tops wont work because the battery connection is recessed in the pcb board. Shine a light in the tube without the battery and you'll see what im talking about.

Kat, i would go for the protected panasonic. As far as i know, the 18650 ego-t doesnt have much in the way of battery protection in it so you'll want to use a protected battery. The charger you have will work, but expect a 4 hour + charging time if you run the battery all the way down.

Remember, lithium batteries have no memory effect and get the best life by not running them down all the way. That means you can charge them for an hour, and take them off the charger and plug them back in later. I have a multi meter so i can check my batteries and i charge them when they hit 3.5v-3.6v.

That's what I thought but I wasn't sure if they had button tops that were the same length as the flat tops. Right now I'm just using trustfire's and not screwing the cap on all the way. It works fine and at 2500mah It's more than an all day device. I picked it up new for $25 and wasn't really even planning on buying new batteries for it. But the thing rocks so now I might. No, either of our protected (panasonic or efest) is a smidge wider than a IMR and it won't fit (a BOLT, Gripper & Telescope to name three) and you shouldn't force it, will strip the outer sheathing off...

Stick with the flat top IMRs for the Bolt and the Gripper & Telescope (even the button atop causes a very tight fit on these and maybe others)...if the battery doesn't just slide right in, stop.

I did check the button top 18350 efests on the Vmax and it works fine...

Ok on the Bolt needs a flattop IMR ,& GV does NOT have any of these right now RIGHT ??

but what about the Telescope ??*

I don't have either MOD yet ....am trying to decide on what to order ....

*EDIT:eek:key dokey ...I see your ninja edit :D
