Avast reckons CCleaner malware infected 2.27M users

It should be noted that this affected very few individuals as far as total users of CCleaner is concerned. It only affected 32-bit versions of Windows. These machines would be the bargain basement models that didn't have much RAM installed and have a low end processor, making the installation of a 64-bit version of Windows almost impossible.

This would most likely have affected those that are running 32-bit versions of XP, Vista and Windows 7.
