Just follow the guidelines for sizes, if you need something resized, lemme know.

Try this one...

I resized it a bit, fiddled with the compression and got it under 5KB. So, it should work.
(also save the image to your hard-drive as well just in case)

Copy the URL for the avatar editing page.

Click the radio button for the the custom avatar, then paste that URL in the first text box for a remote avatar and hit OK.

(I just tested it, and it's accepting it...just has to be under 5KB in filesize as well as being under 150x150 in pixels.)

I think that was my problem, that it was too big. I couldnt edit the filesize since it was on flickr (from my android phone, which i havent figured out how to dump on my mac :/ )

Hmm....I'm afraid I don't know the answer to that, although I know that paid (supporting) members get extra perks. IDK if that is one of them or not.

You should be able to paste the info for the second banner right next to the first one.

That may be my problem as well. My sig sits on Provape. So where do we get one that doesn't sit on a vendor site?

Too bad, the $ is a good indicator for new people about how much they can save when they no longer buy cigs.

Thanks for the reply classwife. From the sig files I've seen there seems to be no prohibition on advertising banners as sigs so it must be bandwidth.

Oh..I get it now...there can only be two external links period. So, if I took off the URL, it would allow two IMAGES then?

I made that banner myself for fun and it's hosted on imgur, so bandwidth isn't a problem there.

FWIW, I did some resizing on a few of their images to make them fit the 65px hight requirement, and also small box-style so they would fit along with a pre-existing sig.

So, I guess only one image can be used. I have seen people with two. but they might have been mods or something, can't recall.

I could always photoshop two images together as one image, but that's a bit silly. =)
