I ordered some Bobas from AVE when they reopened. My package didn't take that long, a little longer than normal though. I waited patiently as USPS can be slow. I ordered on 30 May and got my order on 06 June. In my order was an extra bottle of Bobas accompanied by a letter! The letter basically stated that some sort of space worm ate my order and Wookies from AVE worked to get it set straight and added an extra bottle of Bobas for my troubles! Wow if that isn't customer service then I don't know what is. Ben is a real stand up guy with a great product. This is the type of business I will patronize again and again. Thumbs up to Alien Visions E-Juice!!
