I agree with rb6ns. The Cisco Spec attys from Avid Vaper are head and shoulders above the Joye, Bauway, and other LR 510 attys. I have been using them for about a month now. My first 1.8 lasted about 3 weeks vs 1 week for the $5.99 Bauways which I had been getting from Value Vapor. Considering that the flavor and vapor production are noticably better and it lasted 3times as long (spent $9.00 vs $18.00 over 3 weeks and got a better vaping experience) using these is a "no brainer" for me (that is if future Cisco Spec attys continue to perform to the standard of my first one).

That said, I went ahead and splurged on a HH257 (just ordered it today). My logic is that if the performance (taste & vapor) is as good as everyone claims, and it lasts 4-8 weeks like some reviewers claim, then like buying the Ciscos vs generics, it will be money well spent (and actually money saved in the long run). Time will tell.

Even if the HH.357 was great, will never order from Avid again. I ordered three weeks ago, paid $12 for shipping, send several e-mails on the status and this is what they have to say:

I am sorry for the delay, you will need to give this more time to arrive, we have experienced packages taking in excess of 5 weeks to arrive.

This is from the shipping policy on our site:

Since we rely on third party shipping entities like USPS, UPS, FedEx, and foreign customs agancies to handle the shipment of our products, Avid Industries, Inc. can make no Guarentees or warranties about delivery dates or our products, Avid Industries, Inc. cannot be held liable for any damages or inconveniences caused by late product delivery, loss of items during shipment, or customs delays.

This notice is in bold RED when you check out:

All First Class and Priority orders inside the US (50 states) ship with delivery confirmation, this is not a tracking number although USPS sometimes updates the location status but not always. Signature confirmation for domestic first class and priority mail are available as an option. Domestic and International USPS/EMS Express Mail carries a tracking number and signature confirmation. First Class and Priority Mail International shipping are NOT trackable and do not carry delivery confirmation outside the US, because of this we have no recourse if a shipment is delayed, held in customs, lost, or never delivered. USPS/EMS Express Mail International is the only trackable shipping method outside the USA. Please be aware of this when choosing your shipping method.

So my mistake that I did not pay $30 for shipping of an atty!!!!! I have never had this with any supplier, they took care of me they way they should!!

I remember a package taking 22 days to get to me from your country, why so upset when it happens to you?

I order very frequently from the US. It takes 5-8 days to get to Spain.

Only once it didn´t arrive after a 2 weeks, whrote to Bruce (COV) and he sended it again. The first sended never arrived.

A good company takes care of their customers. The one who are hiding behind rules, best never to order from again, and let everybody know.

I just got 2 more of these today and oh my god they are AMAZING! It seems all the issues I stated previously have been fixed. I've had a much more consistently good vape with these aeros than the .357 but I've only tried 1 357 and I'm starting to think there is something wrong with it.

Sorry to hear about your troubles fsroq. I've talked with cisco many times over issues i've had with atomizers (mostly user error) and I must say he has been really up front, helpful, and personable in our interactions. Honestly of the 20+ vendors that I've spoke with, Cisco and Bob and Missy at Kick bass vapor are the only 2 that I even remotely liked. Thank god too because they supply the best atomizers and juice available IMO. I used to buy from a couple other juice vendors but they were such crooks that I cant find it in me to buy from them anymore.

THANK YOU CISCO + KICK BASS VAPOR for providing great products and saving me from wasting a lot of money on piss poor/we're here to make money/we made this juice with gasoline vendors :)

Ahhhh my mistake o_O I hear ya though! Sometimes bad customer service can really impact my decision to make a purchase from that vendor. I'm not trying to troll or anything but I've NEVER in my life had as much trouble with any vendor anywhere as I have with e-cig vendors. Even running an ebay business I never had 1/10 of the issues i've had with e-cig vendors. Cisco and kick bass :) are the best i've dealt with but I guess everyone's experience is different. I really do wish vaping vendors would clean up their act though!
