I have had multiple bad products from Encore and its not just a batch defect. I've ordered the same thing multiple times and it still doesn't work. Their tanks offer no flavor and horrible vapor production. I think it may be the coils they sell. The e-liquid kit does not work very well at all. I will say their cig alike kit is pretty good, and their disposables work good. Other than that I would avoid Encore Vapor at all costs.
