Warning: I bought a their new inferno t e-cig and after I put the tank in the atomizer is flooded and got juice in the tip. I barely put it a 3rd full and even tried 3 more tanks and it continues to leak. I e-mailed volcanocigs on getting a replacement atomizer only after 3 hours receiving their product and was told ATOMIZERS HAVE NO WARRANTY.

New people getting into vaping should find the eGo-t like my friend has, works great and doesn't leak. Avoid volcanocigs like the plague. I really liked their product until it failed within 5 minutes.

The best e-juices I found are all on freedomsmokeusa.com and they're out of the eGo-T but I will get it on the restock for sure. I always get free samples and great customer service.

so, heres my experience with the inferno T-Tank.
i ordered on the first day, and i am still on my first atty.
i have 8 of them in service with my friends and customers..
so far i have experienced 1 failure, and that was with a friend that dropped his.

As far as warrantys go, can you point to a better one?

Volcano offered me a 3 day DOA warranty, and considering the cost? i consider them consumables.

so, whats this about a dremel? dremels=instant voided warranty.. for anything.

the T-Tank has been the killer app needed to "convert" my father and 4 customers.

Day one , 100% conversion from tobacco.

I'll call that a win , any day.

.

Peace...

Love my tank. It's not an Inferno, but I'll more than likely be buying one from them one day. Why would you Dremel your tankomizer and then expect a vendor to accept it back and give you a pristine one? Makes no sense to me. Maybe the holes or adjustments from the Dremel are why it's leaking? *shrug*

If it failed right after you got it, you should have returned the item without further damage. Vendors are very particular, from e-Cigs to shoes to food items, and there are reasons for that. If the vendors here are doling out new parts to vaping Frankensteins, the prices go up and we all pay for their mistakes.

If you're going to mod your equipment, then some losses should be expected, I'd think. It's not up to the vendors here to fix your mistakes or pony up new items for modification at their expense.

(BTW, I'm not a vendor. I'm just a fellow vaper and forum member.)

Isn't the volcano-t and ego-t the same thing, just re-branded?

yes it is. I was going to comment but what I will leave it at is this. I'm sorry you've had a bad experience, but you can't blame the company for misunderstanding. I don't mean to cause arguement about it, it sounds like you aren't going to budge on your opinion. I just hope you don't let this stop you on your quest to cut the tobacco and start vaping. Good luck.

the paint job, and the Customer service makes all the difference for me..

I was a Blu customer, but the CS , or lack of it....drove me to find an alternative.

I found volcano...

They have treated me well, and responded to all my tickets in a timely fashion.

Like the other posters, I hope this poor experience doesn't put you off vaping.

And i hope you realize that atty's are consumable, they break, and wear out.

Buy spares, they are cheap.

Peace.

That's not a fair accusation to any company, if the OP in fact used a dremel to his tank atty.

Well the problem he posted about is a common one with some of these tanks , doesnt matter if it is eGo-t ,volcano , Totally Wicked or anyone else that has them. I had one tank leak out of mine , But it was completely user error as i didnt have the tank pushed all the way down. There are some that just need a slight wick adjustment to get them going right. There is a huge long thread the next section down with lots of good info on these and how to fix problems with them if they arise.

just curious , why does shadow show as moved on?

Is she the one the mod asked about how she knew?

isn't she the CS rep for volcano?

wouldn't she know what she talking about?

and wouldn't she Be in unique position to answer this question?

Im just sayin, doesnt this prove that volcano CS is "on the ball" ?

please clarify ECF mod, your credibility is on the line.
