I don't think there is much chance of that. If you are a good company there are plenty of customers willing to state their good service from said company. Just go back to the beginning of this thread for an example. The bigger worry would be suppliers coming in as your avg joe and leading people to their products.

The company may not defend themselves but if they are a good company the members will.

I think perhaps we are getting away from the real point here. the op came here bashing one supplier and supporting another without clearly stating facts such as there is a 3 day warranty on atomizers with volcano and failure to mention the drememling of a tank atty is why this warranty was voided in his/her case. In no way shape or form can i see this entire topic being of any use to anyone ecf, volcano, old vapers, or new vapers. Might it not be best to reinstate shadow as a member under suppliers/associates with a pm to the supplier info and just deleting this entire topic of useless drivel

As the last word in this thread before I close it:

1. OP complained that company did not honor atty warranty
2. It was disclosed that the OP modified the atomizer, which voided the warranty.
3. Compan y did not honor warranty on modified atty, which makes perfect sense and is in keeping with standard warranty practices.

Everything else was enforcing rules that have been in place on this forum since its inception.
