AVS manufacturing issue

When I first saw this pic I thought it was a joke. Emonty told me that its not!

I was starting thinking what was wrong with AVS. I looked my designs and they were ok. I meassure the AVS and it was ok. I couldnt see the problem. Strange situation.

I was starting to meassure all the AVS, it was the only solution. And I found it.

AVS tube has a total length of 27mm and the hole inside is 26mm. In some of them the hole was at 26,8!! That means that the width of the base of the tube is 0,2mm. Its veeery thin.

So, if anyone has a broken AVS he can send me a photo and I will replace it.

I don't get which 26mm is you're talking about Imeo, can you elaborate further?

He is referring to the depth of the tank in reference to the overall length of the tank. Please see the diagram below:

I count what I had left and its about 1 per 10 of them Tim. You dont need to do anything right now, only if you see a problem with it.

It just shows how honest you are about your product, the majority of manufacturers would hide it and try and blame the end user sadly.
