AVS mismatch when paying

Hey,

I'm trying to make an order however when I pay with my mastercard I get the following error "The transaction has been declined because of an AVS mismatch". I have checked the address and it's all correct and never had this problem when using the card at other sites. Has any one had this problem before? I ordering from Australia if that makes any difference.

Call the bank phone number on the back of the card. They can tell you exactly which data item failed.

The bank said it was all good on there end, that the merchant was knocking it back. Will see if I can do a paypal payment.

This is very common among our Australian customers. Typically they will use Paypal instead. Something between the Australian banks and our credit card processor is not compatible.
