AW 14670 batts

Hello all...I;ve been trying to find these for a new mod I have coming from across the pond. But, I'm having no luck. I've heard hints that they're discontinued but nothing concrete. If anyone knows of a vendor or if there is really a significant difference between these and the aw 14500s I'd appreciate your thoughts/input. I guess the 14650 would be a viable option as well but I havent looked into those yet.
