Aw batts/charger

I'm sure this has been asked a million times here, but I'm old...impatient and tired,,so thought I would go the easy route and just ask.

Aw 16340's...5 volt reg. mod....protected or imr high drain. I keep reading pros and cons for both. Also, can someone recommend the best charger for either or both of these?

I think I know the right direction to go..But I also thought getting married and having kids was the way to go too.....I'll ask advice on this one and maybe save some aggravation.

Either one will do fine. IMR are safer chemistry though.

2.8 ohms is probably the break point on this decision.
Less than 2.8 ohm atty/carto go with the IMR, over 2.8 ohms go with the protected.
At 5 volts, current is the issue.
With a stacked battery mod, make sure the battery in your multi-meter is good
