Trustfire multi charger settings?

I got got a trustfire multi charger. I'm charging aw IMR 18350's, aw IMR 18490's and also aw IMR 18650 and a couple of protected aw batteries. I noticed a switch on the side that says 3.0 and 3.6 volts. When I set it to 3.0 volts it goes green (charged). On 3.7 it goes red and after a couple of hours turns green. All batteries are 3.7 volts. Which setting should I use. 3.0 or 3.6 volts?

3.6v for 3.7 batteries.They should come off the charger at 4.1-4.2v,over 4.2 is not good for the battery
