AW IMR 18490 C Rating

Trying to determine my c rating on this battery has been tedious and confusing. My research shows two completely different ratings for the same battery. I really need to know my amp limit so I can get back to vaping..
I need a solid answer. Someone who is certain of the specs

Still a little unclear. This means the c rating is 1.5 right?

Nope, a full 15C according to the manufacturer, AW = Andrew Wong....
