Well I took them back today and got a refund.
The owner wasn't there, just the shop face who I bought them from. I tried to explain why I was taking them back but she took the defensive and didn't have a clue. She did say she would let the guy know but I doubt she will.
I checked out the battery display, they only have the 18650 and 18350, all are the same flat tops with black sticker. I've asked the guy before about stocking the 18490/18500, he said he hasn't sold many of the batteries but when he does restock he will ask about them. Opposite of the shop face who said they sell them by the boat load and never had complaints!
Anyway I've order some more from cloud9 and some vtc5 from myepack
