My 73 year old neighbor was having problems with her silver bullet so we emailed the company. We got an immediate response--they asked us to try a couple of things but nothing worked. So they had us ship it back for repairs. No one asked us how long ago we bought it. No one mentioned anything about a warranty. They just took care of the situation. (I loaned my neighbor my 2nd silver bullet to keep her vaping while hers was gone). Well, in NO TIME, we got an email back that the repairs had been made and it was sent right back, working perfectly. Really wonderful customer service! You've made an old lady very happy and her neighbor, too. THANKS!
