I just wanted to start a thread for general discussion. Our past threads have been contest threads which have opened and closed with those particular contests, and I thought it would be a good idea to have a regular, on going thread as well.
For those of you who aren't yet familiar with AwesomeClouds, we're primarily a liquid company. All liquids are mixed in-house, and you can find information about our procedures and attention to safety on the site. We take our time developing new flavors, and they tend to come in waves. We are currently offering 13 flavors, with a couple more out in the next week or two. We try to release two or three flavors per month. Sometimes we do, and sometimes we aren't able to keep up.
We're a two person operation at the moment, and we both have full time jobs as well, in addition to an 11-month-old, so life can get interesting at times. We try our very best to make sure this doesn't impact our shipping and delivery of orders, but it does occasionally slow our business development. For example, I finally posted several items to the store today that I've had in inventory for a month or so. Additionally, we try to be available by email to address any concerns or questions in a timely manner; almost always within 24 hours, though typically in an hour or two during normal (waking) hours. We prefer email, because email is always available. We will respond to pm's here as well, but we don't check ECF daily, so your reply may take a bit longer.
In addition to our liquids, we also stock some genuine Joyetech equipment and accessories. We believe this is excellent equipment for most users. Eventually we hope to stock more advanced equipment, but at the moment that isn't possible.
So, if you haven't, please check us out! We'll be posting new flavors, new equipment, announcing contests and linking to their threads, announcing sales and such in this thread. Feel free to post any thoughts, links to reviews, or whatever else might make folks happy! I'll be posting links to reviews as they pop up, and trying to catch up on existing reviews in the near future.
