B&M in Prince George?

Anyone know of any brick & mortar stores in Prince George selling ecigs? Did a quick google but didn't find anything. I'm trying to find one for a relative who lives there and is interested in ecigs but isn't very 'computer savvy' and would benefit from some one on one hands on instruction.

I think the tobacconist at the pine centre mall has a few ecigs. The as seen on TV store has a few by the register.

No nicotine of course, which I think is useless.
