I have a coworker interested in moving to vaping from smoking. I would really like to hook her up with a good B&M near her home in Moreno Valley, CA. I do nearly all my shopping either online or at my favorite store, ecig City in Laguna Beach. Since she is new to the idea, I want to send her somewhere with knowledgeable staff who can help guide her to a suitable eGo type setup to start. Any suggestions near Moreno Valley or Riverside?

So far there's nothing in Moreno Valley or Riverside, but I'm hoping a vape shop moves in soon. The closest one I know of (although I haven't visited yet) is The Vapor Lounge (or it may be Vapour Lounge) in Rancho Cucamonga. Next closest would be The Vapor Loft in Orange or Vape Revolution in Cerritos :)

Thanks for the info, Wonder. I didn't think there was anything, but I live down the coast in Oceanside, and we work in Anaheim. I will pass those locations on, and continue my personal quest to convert all stinkie users to vape. (You should have seen her eyes light up when I told her I was vaping Tangerine Meringue Pie today.)

Cerritos is a Mission and a Half from Moreno Valley!

Besides before anyone goes to any B&M please check out Their YELP Webpage to read up on their Customer Service.

I've heard a lot of bad reviews about that Place in Cerritos - Customer service has went down hill. And they way you are helped there, you have to sign in and wait to be helped like you are waiting to Sign up for Cell Phone Service. And from what I understand a lot of Vapers from ECF have been underwhelmed with the Knowledge of the folks who work there. Hence the customers knowing more than the workers.

Prices.... wait I will just stop right there - don't want to get into how much more stuff at B&Ms may cost. Don't get me wrong I would love to have a Real eCig shop where I live in Bakersfield - just to putt around and hang out from time to time.

moving right a long.....

LOL - I will probably buy her an eGo online (or in a coop if one goes active at the right time) and a couple of Vivi Novas to get her started, but I know when I first started vaping the variety and complexity of product was overwhelming. I didn't have a clue, and didn't want to spend a bunch of money getting started. I drove an hour each way to the nearest B&M, and while I paid more than I would have online, it was worth it to get to talk to someone who knew the various products and steered me in the right direction. Also, for a new vaper, being able to try out a bunch of different juices without investing $$$$ in them is really important. I diy, and know what I like, but a new vaper doesn't. I was thrilled when a B&M opened in Oceanside. I can pick up a quick (overpriced to be sure, but quick) atty if I need to. They don't have a great selection of mods, but those I generally buy online, unless it is something limited that I have to have new (my ProVari, for example). The shop in Laguna Beach charged the same as ProVape, and I got instant gratification. I agree, however, that not all shops are the same. I was in Virginia, and took my son to the only shop I could find, and was totally underwhelmed. I had called ahead, and talked to a gentleman who seemed to know his stuff, but when I got there, there was a very nice lady who was clueless. I was glad I hadn't sent my son in alone! I even bought a couple of 510 attys, that when I got home turned out to be 510 extensions. Taught me to pay more attention and not just trust someone to put things in a bag for me.

Wow! I'm rambling when I should be working. Have a great day, and when you're in SoCal, check out eCig City in Laguna Beach. Jason will make you want to move down here!

Cerritos is only 40 mins from Riverside, so it's not all that far. I buy most everything online now, but it was invaluable for me to get hands-on help when I first started out. The first shop I visited was E-Cig City, but the toll roads make it an expensive trip. I had great help, attention, and instruction from the guys at Vape Revolution. I only had good experiences there. The Vapor Loft is also great with a friendly and knowledgeable owner. I didn't know any other vapers when I started and paying a bit more for in-person help made all the difference.
OP: if she ends up switching to vaping with your help, send her over to the Inland Empire thread in the location specific section of ECF. We meet up often out here and are always happy to meet new vapers!
