You are barking up the wrong tree. The thing that is dehydrating is the hydrophillic stuff like PG and VG. So far as i know no nic salt or nic itself does that. Also if you are getting hives in your mouth you're clearly allergic to something. The rotten banana thing may be associated woth that. Ive never heard of such a thing before. A doctor might have though. A doctor might, for example, help figure out what you are allergic to. You might have to DIY juice to get a juice you AREN’T allergic to.

Well, I really appreciate your input. Clearly I’m allergic to something in juice of any kind. I’m doing what I can to get my money back from vape.com by putting a sign on my door for the usps mailman. It’s supposed to arrive on Saturday, if everything goes right, he will just return to sender undelivered, unopened. Then I’ll contact vape.com again for a refund. No need to throw good money after bad, right?

I dont know about juice of ANY kind. If youre really really allergic to PG flavorings become difficult as most are PG based. Not all of them though. Some are VG based and some are alcohol based. Any commercially sold premixed juice is possible though it didn’t used to be. There WERE pre-mixed juices that avoided such things. I don't know if there still are though. Vaping is a lot smaller than it was in 2015. I dont know what youre allergic to. It could be pg, vg, something in particular flavors, no idea.

I have an idea: lets try isolating stuff. Get an RBA or pod atty of some type and put pure vg in it. You want kosher food grade. You can buy it as a food additive, a hand cream, or a cattle laxitive. See if THAT puts bumps in your mouth. Im betting it won’t. It has the advantage of being 1/20th the price of regular juice. It wont satisfy a niccy fot, theres no nic in it, but it woll do for testing. If it DOES cause issues youre allergic to VG and that can be worked with.

I undersrstand from my reading on the matter, it’s not necessarily the pg or the VG or the nicotine. It’s what happens when they’re heated that is the unknown variable. I’ve real horrors about heavy metals, carcinogens, on ad infinitum.
Yeah. Thats the tobacco industry adding FUD through their ability to fix experiments. They can all be controlled. The metals thing through not burning the absolute living hell out of your coils (while only occasionally even possible , a requirement in that particular experiment) in any case there are temp control mods that make that utterly impossible in all circumstances. Generally the fixed experiments fall into two catagories: 1 doing something weird that no one does (the heavy metals thing) or using phrases like “detected” which doesnt say how much of something they found. When compared to urban air is often “so like just breathing then”. Sometimes (such as the heavy metals one ) both.

The tobbac industry says they dont have an issue with ecigarettes but its not true.

They were quite open about their issues years ago when that study was designed, but the tobacco industry only makes disposables. All OTHER types of ecigarettes they still have competition issues with. They’ve just merely come close to destroying them through various underhanded means such as the CDC thing which they actually threatened ecigarettes makers with on this forum months before it happened.

Theres an old american movie called “the insider” that describes the process the tobacco industry used to do it and what it took to break it.

Good evening bomber, can the VG alone raise my blood pressure? I’ve been enjoying naked 100 crisp menthol 65vg/35 pg at 3mg nic. But! The nic I think is spiking my bp. So, I want to dilute it with one half volume of the crisp menthol 0mg. Or, if it’s the flavorings doing it, then dilute with one half volume pure VG. I will need a couple empty bottles to mix in tho. Any idea where I can get these?

No idea. I know it doesn’t spike blood sugar and that may apply but I have no info. Nic can though because nicotine dilates blood vessels. Smoking and heart disease go hand in hand. And vaping doesn’t really change that much. Cancer. Cancer is the thing it helps with. Also, it’s easier to quit if you do it right, and potentially much cheaper, and less offensive to others, and doesn’t stink nearly as bad, etc.. there are several… There are long term vapers old enough to get high blood pressure though. (*waves*) Theres no VG or Nic in my vapes anymore. I still got to lose weight or die, and VG doesn’t help that at all.
