I first came here six years ago, when I first became interested in vaping as an alternative to analogs. I got the answers I needed, and bought a pen-style from the only company which was shipping nicotine e-liquids from within Canada. As our government was making noises about shutting down vaping, I bought a bunch of supplies that lasted until this spring. I started looking around again, and WOW the vaping world has changed.

The two changes I believe have had the most impact were the introduction of tanks, and regulated MODs. Both innovations are continuing to evolve, and I'll be sharing some of my experiences with them.

I use Aspire Nautilus Minis, Atlantis V2s, and Triton tanks. My Nautilus Minis have fallen into disuse since I received my Triton for review. The Triton is my go-to tank, with the Atlantis V2 for those occasions I want to chase some clouds. I've also tried Kanger's Sub Tank mini, but was not impressed. The vape temperature is just to high for my enjoyment.

I've used the Aspire VV+ voltage controlled MOD, retiring it as soon as I received my Kamry 30 V2s. I originally bought the Kamry for Power (wattage) control and as I like the concept of replacing only what breaks; either the battery or electronics. I bought the Sigelei 100W plus to drive my Atlantis V2s at the same time as the Kamrys. I've been dissatisfied with it from the beginning as the wattage changes far too quickly for me.

Two weeks ago, my wife reported that her Kamry had died, and I used that as an excuse to buy the Smoktech X-Cube II. Smoktech did something very right, and others very wrong with the release of this MOD. I'll post a separate review for it later.

So that's me, electronic tech for 20 years, systems and network engineer for 15 years, 40 years of programming experience, and a vaper for six years.
