Well, I am back again, like I usually am. But these boards have been upsetting me with some people posting complaints and I have seen users here ask "Have you tried to call?" and the answer is usually no. I do not see what is so hard about picking up a phone, and calling.

Yes I have had a few orders screwed up and I have gotten ......, but has anyone ever seen me post on the forum about a messed up order? Ask Mark and Marks wife if I have ever called them up, written emails, posted here in a nasty way. I have seen nasty posts here, and I am getting a little tired of it. This was a help/QnA forum when I first stated coming. And for a little bit it was complaining, and now it is starting to get back to the old ways.

The number for V4L is on the card, just give a call, I dont want to see 100 posts for complaining about the same thing. I think a good idea is to make a sticky for complaints?

Now I know I am guna get comments about someone saying something, and you know what? if you have nothing nice to say, keep your comments to yourself.

I would love for this place to be the way it was, fun, talking about bs, and asking/answering questions like we did.

Kid, Don't sweat the small stuff. Peope will always complain..they may even have a point. Just don't read those posts..I generaly skip them and let Mark, Dave, Wader or Steve..handle it. That their job. Mine is to be honest and supportive and a goof when ever I can!

Well alot newbies are so gunshy from trying free trials that are ripoff's you get inpatient and want it fixed right away and just post without going through proper channels first but here you have great CS and options start a ticket or call then if no help posting last resort.....I know I about got burned at 1st with a free trial till I got on here and learned how free trials operated and canceled my ccard.

People like to have options. People trying to quit tobacco are experiencing withdrawal symptoms like grouchiness for example - it happens! I do know what you mean though KK. Sometimes things get negative and it's a downer.
I like to contact them online and I opened a service ticket on Monday which got closed without a reply somehow. I just reopened it and I am confident they will get to it. If I really couldn't wait, I would pick up the phone but I'm OK waiting until Monday comes around again. They've been hit hard with the weather and I'll be fine since I got my Wowboy on my last order and my issue is non-juice related

This has nothing to do with you buddy, do not worry. Your post was a very relivent one, and do not take offence to this, there has been other posts on here to do this to me, trust me it is not you, you went through the right steps, 1 call them 2 email them and 3 post here and wait for an answer.

Pm Dave here with your order number, if no answer from either, last resort, (Which should rarely happen) Post here.

It's not you, we are just an exuberant bunch here! We've gotten spoiled and KNOW that at the end of the day we WILL get taken care of! We tend to take sides with most of these issues because, as KK stated, most people don't try the simple things first before they start a rant on the forum.
I see both sides and try to be supportive of both. I've even gone so far as to pm Steve or Mark to make them aware of threads they seem to have missed. I know Steve wants happy customers and will do whatever it takes to make them happy, but it's not always possible with some people.
I've seen a couple of recent threads that even make me cringe with how wrong they have gone! I am very sympathetic to the posters, certainly after seeing one order go wrong twice. I know they will make it right, but it still doesn't make that right, if you will.
I also know what KK is referring to, "I made an order and you stupid people didn't get my order right so I am going to make a public display of humility because I've heard how wonderful this company is and they screwed up!" That's an exaggeration by the way, please don't take offence anyone!
He means well and would like it to go back to the light hearted banter we used to have on here, I miss it as well. But it is what it is, and if people voicing simple complaints is what it's going to take to get Steve to his 100% satisfaction goal, then so be it! We should circle the wagons and do all we can to help these people achieve the satisfaction we feel we have gotten! It's what separates this community from so many others, we should embrace it!

I'm fine as well Kezy, BTW! And I still like me some lezbieeans!

KK...you have a point. A sticky for complaints would be a good idea. However, you wouldn't
want newbies going to that thread and thinking this isn't a good company due to all the
complaints they are reading. Most of us are wonderfully happy with V4L, and that is the
message new customers need to know.

Krazie sir, you do have a point. Especially when some of the complaints are the same complaints as a previous thread from a day or two ago. But what can you do? As Ms. MK said, just skip the thread. Don't leave though, I throughly enjoy your bouts of insanity on here. It's one if the many reasons I think this forum is the best on ecf.

I must question, even the little bit I have left, my own sanity now! I was watching a lady down the street trying to get into her driveway, and having a hard time of it. I went and picked the boy up from school and while he was building lego's, I went and cleared it for her. Her husband works the crazy stupid hours I used to, I feel his pain!
So it's 18 outside, I bundled up and got it done, no biggie with the skid steer.
It got weired when I was done. Garage is open, I don't feel that bad, hmmmmm, some music would be good. For those that don't understand me, I like my music and spend a lot of time in the garage, the sound system in the garage is better than a lot of people have in their homes! So I mix me up a good stiff drink, check on the boy, crank up some tunes and sit in the rocking chair in the drive with the snow all around me enjoying, well, whatever it was I was enjoying!
So next time you think you have issues, think about this post!
