I had a problem with some of the products I bought from Vapor4Live and contacted Steve. Within a very short time, I received a call from Steve asking me to explain the problem. After describing the problems I was having, his first words were "send them back and I will refund your money" No hassles, no trying to convince me I should keep the product or try this or try that. I was impressed.

Now, I am sure he doesn't want bogus complaints or requests, but I can tell you he was very fair with me. He also processed the refund in record time.

So, thank you Steve and Mark. In today's world we are used to nothing but talk (and quite sick of it by the way), but you delivered.

Their customer service is top-notch, and that is a really important thing particularly when you consider that this is an emerging technology that is bound to have some hiccups. I've been extremely pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

I agree. It is one very important facet that will put and keep a business at the top.
