Backwoods Brew --- Outstanding customer service

I've been vapping BWB for about a year and a half now. I don't know if I could have made it this long if it wasn't for finding the incredible brews that Don at BWB offers.

This post isn't just about the incredible juice that BWB produces but more about the character, integrity and dedication of Don (the owner) him self.

Over the past several months Don has struggled with his suppliers to obtain the key indigences for 2 of the premiere brews that he makes. (yeah, we all know which ones. LOL) Thankfully and to many peoples surprise and pleasure BWB just recently released these two juices again during his Grand reopening of his new web site.

This is where the character and Integrity part comes in. Rather than releasing these two very sought after brews to the public and letting people order and hoard as much as they want, so that he could rake in the money and minimize his handling and shipping cost, he restricted ALL orders to a single bottle of each only so that as many people could get some of these brews and enjoy them for the very first time. And not only did he restrict peoples orders, he also announced to everyone that he will track all orders and if he catches anyone placing double orders for these brews he will cancel their order and refund their money no questions asked.

WOW! I have but only two words to describe this extra effort he is putting into his work. CLASS ACT! How many suppliers would bother spending all this time and energy only to reduce the amount of money they could make? To be honest, Don is the only one I know of. I hope there are others out there like this but in todays world I'm thinking they are few and far between.


Now for the dedication part. Did I mention Don did all of this 2 days after having surgery?

Bro I really appreciate that immensely. I started this as a hobby, not to make money. It blew up in my face in that respect and turned into a full time thing.

Most dont know it but for the past year my wife has been an intregral part of every aspect of the entire business. She has also started making new juices on her own with Orchard Frost, Conumdrum, Berry Bliss, Banana Coconut, MenthoBlast being her sole creations. If it wasnt for her alleviating a good amount of burden off of me I dont think I would still be doing it. I had always said when the fun of it wore off I would probably stop, but even though some parts are no longer a hobby or fun it is the kind words of so many of you that keep me going and knowing there is such a great group of Friends out their that support us to the fullest.

From the bottom of our hearts, We Thank You all ,and appreciate all you have brought to Backwoods Brew as well, cause without all of you, we would be nothing.
