Now for some unknown reason i find myself craving some bacon...... hmmm i wonder why lol
Yes. I am letting it steep a bit longer, if you catch my drift. I will post a full review within a day or two.
Aw man... Sorry it has taken me so long to post my thoughts on this bacon e-liquid. I have samlped it twice with clean atomizers... and both atomizers are in quarantine in a ziplock bag with a skull and crossbones on it. The vapor was less rancid and more baconlike on the second try, so I am shelving this stuff until it hits the one-month mark.
On the bright side and more to the original point of this thread, I am very pleased to report that yesterday marked nine weeks completely cigarette-free for me. Most of the withdrawal symptoms have subsided and my senses of taste and smell have rebounded wonderfully. I find myself savoring my meals with great pleasure. I am also craving a lot of different foods; vegetables and fresh tropical fruits now tantalize me in place of the salty fried foods I chiefly relished as a smoker.
Additionally, my preferences of e-liquid have also changed. I quit with Vaporbomb's Cinnabomb and Johnson Creek's Marcado. These both seem a little harsh and overbearing to me now. I currently prefer sweet fruits, smooth tobaccos and mints. These are more natural flavors with less sharpness. Over all, I think that as a smoker with damaged/repressed taste buds, I only wanted foods with overbearing flavors and a greasy mouthfeel. That seems to have shifted towards a desire for crisp, fresh foods and more natural, organic flavors. At least for the time being.
I look forward to seeing where this all goes in the future as my recovery from smoking continues.
Furthermore, I dread the fifth of December (one month since the bacon e-liquid was shipped). I promise to bravely re-confront the loathsome, putrid abomination that is Vaporrenu's Bacon e-liquid and post a full illustrated review (assuming I can survive vaping it a third time).
