Company won't respond to me but I purchased a bunch of ejuices from Tally Ho and was over $100 worth so I'm mad. I have bought and praised their liturgy to many but I think I got a bad batch of juices or their quality went down hill because it was never like this.

Bought a bunch, too many to name but after 4 months of steeping they still taste like the day I received them 4 months ago and taste disgusting and yes I have changed my coils and cotton, I do that daily for the cotton and weekly I clean the coils, monthly replace

sound like a bad batch?
thanks

Lately, I've been disappointed by a number of juice companies that have sent me eliquid that I've been using for years that suddenly tastes bad. In some cases there have been changes in ingredients in others just bad quality. I recently purchased three bottles of my ADV for more than $60 and they taste terrible - I can't vape then at all. Events like this motivate me to DIY more and leave such vendors in the dust. I'm down to one flavor that I purchase from a vendor and if/when I experience a problem with that I will be 100% DIY.

But the money you'll have spent finding that there's a problem...if/when it happens...could be used now to go ahead and start DIY. I never thought I'd do it either, because I had a favorite vendor and bought only their eliquids for nearly 2 years. Then I tried DIY, and have never looked back.

could be a rancid/bad batch but, 4mths is a long time to wait to contact a company about a possible bad batch order. Although they should be responding to you, we really can't expect any vendor to fix a 4mth old ejuice order issue IMO.

anyhows, on the handful of occassions i had vendors/retailers not reply to me after 2-3 times of me contacting them, i went straight to their FB page and posted my question or complaint there and poof they magically reply by next day and my legit issues gets taking care of.. may want to do that if you can't get them to reply to you the normal way.

hi thanks for all of the responses, I do actually diy too but once in awhile I like to purchase ejuices and try whats out there
I have bought from them in the past and this was the first time it was awful

I did email them after a week and they did respond, after I emailed twice actually

I emailed them again 4 months later after steeping using the same email thread, they actually live in the same state as me too, so why ignore a repeat customer and local?

anyways seems I will not be buying from tally ho again...

OK, I'm curious - What did they say about the juice when you emailed them about it a week after you got it?

Did they say to send it back for a refund then?
Or tell you sorry, you're just SOL.
Or, did they suggest you let it steep for 4 months...and then get back to them to let them know how it was?

Personally, my level of aggravation with them might vary, depending on what their response was to my first email after only a week.

My email: Hi curious. Are these presteeped or made to order, only asking because they all taste the same

Response after two emails due to no response: They are made within a week before they are shipped, but not to order. If they seriously all taste the same I would suggest your setup needs to be cleaned, coils/ wick need to be changed. Even fresh they are all VERY distinct from each other.

My email: thanks and yes my other juices are fine using the same coils and wick so not sure, I've bought liturgy tons of times so not sure why it tastes like the others and they all taste the same

March 3 2017
My Email: just an fyi - they still taste exactly the same and same as when I emailed you back in Oct last year.. :\

I haven't touched them since 10/31 and tried again last night

something is really wrong with the batch I got

No Response still...
