Hello,

I've had my kr808 for less than a week and one of my batteries is causing problems. I think I've been throwing away good carts because when I use this particular battery I get very little vape, a bad burnt taste, and a burning throat. But if I switch batteries, the carts taste fine and give good vape. Anyone seen this before? If so, is there a way to fix it? The holes aren't clogged and nothing looks wrong. It's fully charged.

If it is bad, should I go back to who I bought it from and ask for another since I've had it less than a week?

Any input would be appreciated!

If you notice a marked difference in performance between two fully charged batteries purchased at the same time, one of them is defective (at least somewhat). [It happens ... and probably is not the supplier's "fault" (although it is their responsibility). Unfortunately the quality control of these imported devices (and even some of the western-manufactured ones) is nowhere near Six Sigma levels. This is still a very young cottage industry.]

I certainly would notify the supplier and ask that it be replaced.

The vast majority of suppliers represented here on ECF have as their primary goal: customer satisfaction. If your supplier is an exception, switch suppliers.
