Bad craving tip.....

I started this today....don't think it will work too much on the job but....

Have a really bad craving....rinse with mouthwash. It has helped me over that little hump for extremely bad analog cravings.

I usually keep one high nic (36mg) tobacco based juice around for when it hits. Does the job nicely.

I have not had that bad a craving, so far, maybe because I remember how awful that Capri menthol tasted since they started putting in fire ......ant. Burnt my nose something fierce.
I'll stick with the battery butts.

when i started vaping i vaped alot for first two weeks , no cravings for annalogs,but .. i have been burning up some attys because i was vaping so much, went to high nic., now after 4 weeks annalog free , i seemed to have adjusted , my attys are lasting longer and not vaping like i used to , it was a learning curve,and now when i smell the smoke from someone smoking , it really stinks and reassures me not to smoke annalogs

I have some 36mg on the way for just that reason. Glad to hear it works for someone else
