Pretty shabby that the whole world knows about this before us true blue V4L vapors and customers, enough said.

sal997 thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry that you feel this way. Our newest product has been released to reviewers because we want to create buzz around it. We are not abandoning the Family here on ECF. When there is a full release this will be the first place we announce it!
Used to be V4L would send out new products to user's of V4L products then ask them to test them and give reviews. The "reviewer's" were ignored as they weren't used to the product and their views were meaningless. "Back in the day" I was privy to some of these and was eager to do my part to help out. I also offered up services and equipment to help with the development of a new, one of a kind mod, and helped with some technical issues that came up.
While I am VERY grateful to V4L for all it did for me and the support I got from them and the community, I've since come to realize their loyalties lie elsewhere anymore. While I am saddened by this, life goes on and I wish them well, but until they can get back to the company that made them what they were, and continue this path, well, lets just say I can't support it.
I thought I'd pop by the forum here to learn more about the new Zeus, which I've been reading about elsewhere. Instead of some inside explanation for long-time V4L fans, I see all the usual marketing and hype in thread after thread. And when some serious questions arise... almost nothing in response. Virtual silence. Reminds me a lot of the USA juice discussions last fall and even the time last year when the crew contacted me for help with new product reviews and then never followed through even after my reminder and another promise from the crew. All frustrating and even sad in a way considering how special, how different, V4L was a couple of years back. IMHO, the entire idea of customer service has changed here. If it weren't for Morandir's wonderful support, the situation would seem even more disappointing.
Ah well, times change. I miss the wonderful people here, and I know how much some of the V4L staff try to help. Bham, in particular, seems like a great guy, but he can only do so much. When I see little beyond the non-stop hype and non-stop sales (too many sales = no sales at all), I feel glad I've moved on for most of my vaping needs. If V4L ever decides to change course (unlikely if profits are up), then I'll be back for more of my vaping needs. Otherwise, I'll keep my fingers quiet here since no one likes a complainer. But I do feel for my old friends here and wish you all the best! And although I won't be buying any myself, I do hope the Zeus is as good as the orchestrated hype.
