I hear what you're saying Nancy, but would like to point out the following;

Over on the V4L forum, peoples are just as mystified & confused and are asking what's going on here. I even ventured into Facebook land. I couldn't find any mention of the Zeus over there, which I found odd. So I don't think it's that this forum is being left out or in any way slighted. I think it's just that something has gone wrong with the timing of the youtube reviews coming out ahead of the product being available.

Oh yeah i know ...i was more responding to this one(forum ) and others' feelings .about other things .i did not think they did post on one and not the other and never said that its all good banter ...people gotta voice their views sometimes ....i too think it was just an error ...

I think it was a mistake but really I have just outgrown v4l and it seems like the industry is passing them by. The zeus isn't even VV from what I can tell. They have nothing interesting for me anymore. Their customer service has always been great. I'm not a long time forum member but I first bought v4l products maybe 2 years ago. I don't really even remember. Back then they were a great choice. Now, not so much.

Seems like no one really shares the way I feel, though.

Just looking for a suitable replacement for Jammin. I realize it's in the Ry4 category, but I don't want to have to start buying every single juice vendors version. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Lot's of negative feelings here in this post... that makes me sad!

I for one still love V4L and if they aren't perfect, neither am I! lol I can only assume that they sent out to testers first to get feedback, perhaps there were delays in receiving shipment to sell, delays at the factories - could be any number of reasons and I'm sorry that so many seem to think it was a slap in the face.

V4L is the company I chose and I have always been 100% satisfied. The few problems I had were quickly dealt with, and I am happy to be part of the family here. I hope that those of you who have moved on (or are thinking of moving on) find what you are seeking and keep off the cigs because that is the important thing!

I wholeheartedly agree, and humbly apologize. My excuse is IGNORANCE. I have been out of the country for 70% of the past few years, and have been diligently working on creating products built to MY satisfaction. Unfortunately, my staff was too excited to ask me how I wanted to roll out my 2 year journey in creating my favorite vaping tools.

I built my compnay with mt ECF family, and truely regret not making sure my Family comes first.

Please accept my humble apology, and know, I will be around more often in the next month, before my trips start again.

I just felt slighted to see the Zeus on Utube before your loyal customers ever heard about it. I would have loved to hear about it from you or Morandear first. I love the company, products and all the people on this form who have helped me so much. Now, please let me buy a Zeuse. Thanks so much.

Very nice Sal! I too posted agreement with Sal but also said that I thought there were behind the scene reasons that this snafu happened. I still think there are things that happened for the bad that we won't know of, however, best to move up and move on with our vaping journey. I for one am enjoying the heck out of my auto DAV. Thought I'd never find anything better than a King Diamond. You'll have to pry my KD from my finger's but this DAV is da bomb! Thx Steve

Not a customer of V4L, but based on the review by Nick yesterday, I might very well be one. A 5V cigar-like auto or auto/manual that actually works? Perfect for my golf game this summer and those long trips in the car...a no brainer imo.

BTW, you all seem like an incredible dedicated and supportive group here....You don't see that on every forum. V4L is very lucky to have you.
