All in all im sure CCV is a good company, they have good prices and free shipping. I read and watched reviews that had good things to say about them and that is why I chose to place an order with them. I placed an order for a Bolt mod on march 1st it took a little longer than i expected for my order to get processed and shipped but that was ok I got the Bolt on the 7th. After trying it out I couldnt get it to work properly so I contacted them via their request system on their site. I got a response back on the 9th saying I could return it for exchange which I did. They recieved it on the 12th. I tried for 2 days after that to find out when they would send my new Bolt back. I replied to the "request" section I called the phone# and I sent an e-mail and finally got a response the evening of the 15th. I understand that they had just moved their store and alot was going on. I recieved my new Bolt on the 19th but they had sent it without the battery. After trying several times to contact them I was told on the 20th that they would send a battery out that day. After not getting a confirmation e-mail I tried getting in touch with them again and after several tries I was told on the 22nd it would be shipped, still nothing. It took 5 different requests on the CS section of the site , several different e-mails and finally on the 26th I was told again it was going to be shipped. It did get sent out on the 27th.
I feel this is very poor customer service on their part. I would think they would want to take care of their customers in a timely manner so they would want to continue to do business with them. To have to wait a week and a half to get something sent back was very frustrating, it was their mistake not mine and they made me feel like I was wrong for trying to contact them and get some answers.
