Bad Juice from supplier??

Hopefully this is an ok place to post this.

So I just recieved a good sized order from a dealer that was recommended and is one of the forum suppliers.

My order was short one tiny item.. No biggie. But all of the juice that I recieved is very harsh on the throat.l.. Almost burns (all pg) and sorta tastes "spoiled" for lack of a better word.

I bought several flavors and they all seem this way.. The Camel color is very different than Camel from other suppliers as well... Very dark yellow. I also bought a large bottle of unflavored 48 PG. This is clear and doesn't smell, but I haven't had a chance to sample it yet.

I sent an email out immediately about the missing item and I sent an email over last night (Friday) about the juice. I haven't heard back yet.. However it Is the weekend.

So, my question is how do I handle the situation? What is the proper etiquette? I am not usually one to return things I am unsatisfied with... However, this seems like bad juice and I wouldn't want to be vaping it.

I don't think I want to have another batch sent out from them either...

Any thoughts??

I'd wait and see what the supplier has to say before posting anything in a public forum. If they say the juice is fine then write a review of the supplier and the product you received in your honest opinion. I've tried juice from a couple of vendors on here and it took me a little bit of time to find something i liked. Taste IS subjective tho, what tastes bad to you may taste good to another.
 
I'm definitely going to wait until I talk to them next week before I would post anything about it in specific.

I'm in agreement that there is definitely a lot of subjectivity about who likes what juice.. but both my gf and I agree that this stuff hurts our throats and tastes sour... Maybe it does just need to mature.

I also just got a bottle from TV and I am absolutely blow away! It is literally like having a whole new machine or a mod! I filled it up once and it's been going all day! Tons of vapor and TH and it's only 10%VG. Wow! I can't believe it. And the taste...

All PG *is* a lot 'harsher' than juice that has some Vg in it - so if its feeling a bit harsher that would be why. You need to drink with ALL juices but I think more even with all PG ones.
As for the taste - as you say its subjective, what rings your bell might sound a sour note on mine - and Ive often found a 'fave' one isn't MY fave lol. That's no-ones fault though - I just chalk it up to expereince. But you say it tastes sour - not sure what that might be. I have had juice that tastes a lot different than my regular stuff, and bear in mind some juices seem to need a little time to mature (idk why but they do lol), but it might be thats its just way less SWEET than yor normal ones and your tastebuds don't like it.
That's an option too - that you just hate the flavor. Had that happen a time or 2 myself.

If you are not happy with what you bought then I would seriously not feel bad about sending it back.. Maybe you should try another flavor type or something in VG. As for the missing item you should for sure get what you paid for and if you don't recieve an email by the first of Monday then I would kindly send another email describing your grievences.
There are some really great suppliers on here one being good prophets who has helped me with a problem I had with another supplier who was avoiding me, and he actualy took care of the problem so kindly himself...
