Hi guys and gals,

I've had my Nebula starter kit for around 17 days now, I'm totally loving it, it got me off the analog cancerstick, but i seem to have a battery problem. And note that I'm not bashing on V9 (i had a battery with no vent holes on it and bobby has been very quick to offer a replacement no complains there :D) but now 17 days into it, I seem to have another battery issue, one of my batteries seems to last for about 20 minutes and then every drag i take hits the cutoff within 4-5 seconds, I was very careful to charge the batteries only when they felt weak and not producing decent vapor, I thoroughly cleaned the threads inside my cartos and on the outside of all my batteries with pure grain alcohol and a Q-tip every 2 days to make sure they don't gunk up. Did i fail at maintenance or am i just plainly out of luck. Right now I'm still waiting on the replacement battery for the one with no vent holes, and since this other one seems to have around 20 mins autonomy, I'm really down to 1 usable battery its quite hard to have a full day at work or even a good evening with that single batt.

Is there an easy fix or shall i check with Ben for a replacement for that one too.... I bought a Prodigy V3 mod off a ECF member... but with a Canada post strike... i don't know when i shall get it, nor my actual replacement battery for the "no holes" one. I don't wanna go back to stinky analogs and waiting is killing me and making me anxious that I might have too. So if anyone has any suggestion please send them my way as I'm really hoping for a miracle fix !!!

Thanks for any input/help/solutions, or even for just telling me I'm plain unlucky!

And once again this is not a rant against V9, as they have a quick ... customer service!

Think you may just be plane unlucky mate :) but how long are you charging them for at a givin time are you putting them on the charger and walking away for like 8 hours sence it only takes a small amount of time to fully charge the nebula you may have worn the battery out on it by charging it for to long. The same concept as a computer left plugged in all the time the batterie starts to lose it's ability to hold a charge

Hmm, sounds like bad luck :(

Sorry for the inconvenience.. we try to have super quick service and usually get orders out within 24 hours-- unfortunately shipping to canada sometimes is a big delay trying to get it through customs and so forth. Any issues with the batteries just drop us a line and we'll get a replacement out to ya.

Ben
