However, when I received the item, it was some dark brown liquid with a stinky smell. After clarification with the e-cig staff, I was requested to send the photo of the liquid as follows for their verification:Base priceUS$3.69

AND the reply I got was that the liquid contains nicotine and hence the color would be a deeper color.
This clearly shows that they do not check the orders and have no responsibility of what they sent out!! That much nicotine in a liquid causing it to turn deep brown can easily make the vaper sick or even dead.I tried further explain that my order was Flavor Concentrate and should not have any nicotine in it. In addition, there was no option to state nicotine content level for Flavor Concentrate.
