I need expert replies... I have been vaping a 50/50 juice from ********** for a few months and like it. I understand that it only has the PG/VG and flavor in it. I think it must be a very light tobacco flavor. It is 7 leaves. 24MG nic, pretty clear juice. I really like it.

I Bought some of ####### new "specialty juices" this past week which is called ******* and it tastes great. Like juicy fruit gum/a bit bannana ish/ bubble gum ish. It is a very very clear juice. 18 MG.

My problem is two things: The New juice leaves me with a funny taste on my tongue. Also, a couple of times, when I would smoke one for an hour then switch back to the other, I would get noticeably hoarse. If I go back to my old juice, the hoarseness gets better.

Could it be that the New juice has alcohol in it and if so, would this cause this possibly ? ( I think they told me that it did) I have been told ( I think) that the Old juice has no alcohol in it.

I don't want to bash any ones juice here..to be clear.. in fact I redid the post and have taken out the vendors names before posting. I think the New Juice tastes terrific, but am puzzled. Does this sometimes happen when switching juices ? I can give names of vendors only by private message. I really am a tad bit concerned.

Thanks

going from your post...it could be the alcohol in it but my guess would be what is the pg/vg level? is it different from the 50/50 that you are used to?

Some people do react differently to pg and vg....or it could be that the flavor percent to the pg/vg/nic base is different...

I diy...and I play with my flavor % to my pg/vg/nic % and I do get this problem...the lower the flavor % I use to the rest the harsher throat hit I get
and when I first started to diy I was way under flavoring and kept getting a kind of pasta/starchy aftertaste....
and when I use oils instead of flavorings I get a perfumey taste
