Bad to charge a Twist with voltage turned up?

I read somewhere online that one should turn the voltage all the way down before charging a Twist. Is this true? Sometimes I forget to lower my voltage setting before charging. I can't really see where it would matter but I am not a battery expert.

Nothing I got from joye said to do that?

I read it on a vendor's website (can't remember which) while researching prices. Guess there shouldn't be an issue as nothing I got from Joye said that either.

I can see no real reason to do so...

The battery Voltage is boosted and regulated as the device is fired. If it's just charging then there is no real cause for concern. Of course I could be wrong, but with my current understanding of the technology and the specs of the Twist, this is my conclusion.
