Figurehead, I think you were replying to me... I don't particularly mind waiting for them to be back in stock, though I will check out eBay, but I'm questioning if I really want to get one... I'm sure you are still a big fan, but all the switch sticking issues have me worried now, plus Spikey's reported nicotine OD on one...

With my first e-cig, a 901, I found that I needed to store it LED down all the time or the atomizer would dry out. I had a few issues with stuck switches from juice leaking into the batteries, but not much.

Now I use my Bada-Bing all the time and have discovered that LED side down is a BAD idea. The liquid drains into the battery pretty bad. Every time I changed batteries or put it up for the night, I had to wipe off a ton of juice. It seemed like I was wasting 1/4-1/2 ml per day.

I started storing it cart side down and have had no more problems. There are times it winds up on its side on a desk or whatever, but 90% of the time it is cart side down now.

I would suggest this to every Bada-Bing owner. LED side down is just asking for trouble with these bad-boys.

I also had a nic od (can be seen in my 1st review vid) but that's because I vaped nonstop with 36, and with a BB, I suggest starting with a MUCH lower strength and work your way up.

The sticking switch really isn't much of a concern to me as I've caught it both times before it ruined anything, and I'm looking at it as a problem solving thing for all of us e-cigar users.

By the way, I'm waiting for my menthol soaked sticking BB to finish soaking in ISO 90% and then letting it dry over night and trying it out again. I'll post results then.

Mine should be dry when I get home and I'll letcha know how it's working then.

On another note, and this is no one's fault... But my battery charger is no longer working. I have new carpet and it carries static electricity. When I went to get my fresh BB battery this morning I "shocked" the charger. The little light on it went out and won't come back on. :(

I'm going to try it in another outlet when I get home, but am doubtful that it's going to work. I hope Steve get's chargers in today. :(

Once the site is selling I was planning to buy the bada-bing with extra accessories but if you guys are having problems should I find something else?

The Cigar is about the only thing left that I need to complete my Vaping arsenal once al my orders are delivered :D

Not in any hurry just want a good product and Puresmoker has everything in one place.

Thanks for any advice.

I have a somewhat brand new 801 battery that fluid leaked into and now won't work at all. I tried blowing and tapping and standing on end.
I have some 99% pure isopropyl alcohol. I am going to try and soak it and see if that will bring it back to life. It is dead as it is anyway, so if it doesn't work, it doesn't work. Then I will just have some additional parts to do an 801 magnum mod with. I'm glad I read this thread. You guys got me curious.
Keeping my fingers crossed.

Well, I hesitate to say that mine went Supernova today. It's more appropriate to say it had a Global Thermonuclear Meltdown.

It happened with my brand new, smoked it for about half an hour tube. The one that replaced my other failed one... remember?

Anyway, I left it on my desk when I went out to run some errands. Fresh battery, full cart, no direct drips except for the very first one and that had been smoked off.

I come home, pick it up for a smoke, and nothing.

I check for LED, nothing. I can swear it was a fresh battery, so I open it up... the crystal comes off, but the battery does not pop out. I look in, and it's stuck about a centimeter down. I get some tweasers, but can't dislodge the battery. It even looks like the battery case is separated from the sides... kinda warped. There's some unidentifiable (to me) substance on the end of the battery facing me.

I remove the cart, and find that the plastic has been melted... like leaving a nylon spatula on a lit burner on the stove.

I bought these from Dietsmokes, and Parked is going to send me out two atomizers and a battery, as this all happened within the 14 day warranty period...

I don't think a refund is possible, but I'm not sure I want to deal with this. I love the cigar when it works... but I think they really need to consider a product recall.

Dang, Sorry to hear that Walrus.
I have always had bad experiences with chinese made Li-Ion batteries.

I was going to order me an E-cigar, but I am glad I held off getting one. I guess I'll just have to make me a Magnum 801, if I ever find the time.

Walrus, how hard would it be to mount a small manual switch in or on one of those cigars? Is there enough room? If it could be done, that would be a nice mod.

Got my Bada-Bing boy they really juice those carts.

I just fired it up man its great.

I hope mine doesnt go S-Nova on me.

Im trying to take special care of it keeping the brown cap on the tip also laying it down with LED end is slightly higher slant than the tip so no juice runs into the battery/switch areas.

Think I will take out the batt at the end of the night maybe all that will help it last longer got my fingers crossed.

I have had mine for about 2 weeks now and it is still going strong. A friend of mine bought one and had the issue of hers not turning off, but she let it sit for a day and then it was fine. I carry mine around with me battery side down most of the time and still no issue. I don't drip. I got blank carts and use ps juice. I take a light drag as I don't see the need for a really heavy one with the amount of vapor. The cart and battery lasts all day, so I replace the battery at night before bed so it is fresh in the morning. I would like to get a couple additional tubes at some point, but it seems that everyone is out of them. I hate that you all are having such a bad experience with them. Hopefully they will work out the issue. at this point if this happens to me I will have to go back to my 901 and imo there is no comparison.

I have had the melt down problem with two different Bada Bings. I am convinced that my problem has something to do with putting the cigars in a case with a magnetic closure, or at least I hope this is the issue as this is something I can control. Within a couple of seconds of putting it in the case the entire cigar gets hotter than blazes. Fortunately, I have caught this right when it happened, removed the battery and stuck the atomizer end up to my car air conditioner, so the atomizer is still ok. However it did melt down a cartridge, a good chunk of the plastic! I have contacted PS asking them if this could be a bad batch of atomizers? They say this is the first they have heard of this?

What kind of case are you using?

Yeah, I wish I would have read this thread before I started using mine. It seems to be the juice getting in there causing the problems. Mine went SN while at work. I put it in my pen holder like I do my 901 and left for a few minutes and came back to a smoking cigar.

Mine is still working but the little LED is staying on. The atomizer is not staying on but when I draw through it works. I just cleaned it with the warm water and is now drying on top of my monitor. Since I bought mine in pieces I didn't get a manual. Could someone explain to me the clean button?
