Hell, back in 1990, the Government seized the Mustang Ranch brothel in Nevada for tax evasion and, as required by law, tried to run it.. They failed and it closed. Now, we are trusting the economy of our country, our banking system, our auto industry, the Gulf of Mexico biosystem and possibly our health plans to the same nit-wits who couldn't even make money running a ..... house and selling whiskey?!"

this is going to sound un-american.. but the whole 911 thing.. if it had to happen, i would have liked the leaders of this country to be the ones that the graves. if our founding fathers were here today there would be a new revolt. we bailed out car manufactures? seriously? our total bailout figure is around or above 9.0 trillion. that's such a large figure that I'm not even sure how many "," to put into that figure. might as well be a thousand because 9 trillion is just an insane figure.
i don't get why we are bailing these guys out anyways. if i were to run a company and was facing loss in sales or having to shut down would they toss money my way? no. with this money what effective strategy did these companies devise? invent new crap that still most of us can't buy anyways.
there are two solutions i see that could have worked
1.) and not being a good idea but better than what transpired. the people would receive that money. they would end up spending that money and pulling the economy back to where we are spending and receiving.
2.) nothing, simply nothing. no debt. no loss in the value of currency. the large corps that have been shafting us for years would fall and something new would come and build off of the failures of what they know doesn't work.

America as a whole shouts how much better we are than other countries. but really, what i see is that we haven't got a clue how to run anything anymore. well maybe not us regular people, but the high functioning rah-tards in office.

Almost on a daily basis I hear things that just piss me off!
I shudder to think of what Obama will do next.
What industry will he control tomorrow?
How many more will loose their jobs?
How much more will it cost me?
Having said that it is congress that equally shares the blame.

Whether or not one supports or even admires the "Tea Party" movement you must give credit where it is due.
These people don't want the "changes" that are offered up by the current administration. They have decided to voice their opinions and concerns via a constitutional right of free speech and protest.

At least they are doing something.

George Carlin once said perhaps it's not the politicians that suck.
The public sucks.
The voting public who elected these ...... into office in the first place.
Well, he has a point.

Obama is history.
America will not and cannot conform to a socialized way of government.
Nor can it in a social sense.
In the long haul the American public will voice their opinions by way of another constitutional prerogative called elections.

It must get better folks.
I for one believe it will. Sanity will prevail as they say.

And to all those Obama supporters out there.
The ones who embrace the changes with gusto and conviction-
I have one word for ya.
