It's illegal for the media to spread misinformation and/or misleading news stories in Canada. Perhaps remind them of that.

The very first statement - "Electronic cigarettes are illegal" is completely wrong. Now I don't know how to escalate this beyond the desks of CBC, but that's the next step. We as Canadians should not let News organizations get away with poor journalism, especially when it breaks a federal law.

Perhaps we should ask Health Canada about their supposed claim that Ecigs are illegal. See what they think about CBC misconstruing their own regulatory reach.
