I’m from the dreaded state of MA (lucky me). The ban hasn’t really stopped me with our hobby but it has made getting items a tad more difficult from certain web-sites. I make my own e-juice so that’s not a problem... although finding the hardware is at times hard enough but cross referencing the sites seeing who will ship to MA (and there a LOT of company’s still shipping to us ) is a bit tiresome.
I will say that I’m UNBELIEVABLY disappointed in other vape web-sites for their decisions to uphold the ban. I believe instead of standing strong and being taking a stand against this situation... there are a lot of companies that turned their backs against our state! Regardless of the ban... there are plenty of companies refusing to follow our state laws and rather follow Federal Law.
Nonetheless... this is a touchy subject for me, lol.
