Barely any vapor from Ace

So, my husband has been using the Ace that he won and it is barely producing any vapor. Tried different cartos on it and they all barely produce. I even tried it and you can tell the cartos are working, there is TH and flavor...but just the tiniest wisp of vapor comes out.
I'm new to cartos, is there anything that I can do to make vapor production pick up?

If you plan on refilling the carts / atomz, you can drop a few drops of VG in the top and around the edges (4 or 5) and that'll kick up the vapor production.

A lot of times if you're running stock carts in 24 - 36mg it's a PG base. PG doesn't produce as much vapor as VG.
