Basic modd help!!!

I'm new to everything ecig related so excuse me. That said, I ruined an Apollo extreme battery with DSE901 threading and I was looking for ideas for a modd with its connector. Nothing big, just something cheap and easy. I've only been vaping a month but I'm hooked, like most others are from the start, so I figured why waist a perfectly good opportunity. Clueless with volts and ohms and whatever else needs to be considered. All I know is the battery itself is 280mah and that's all I know, oh and 901 threading lol. So anyone have cheap cheap ideas, until my son doesn't break me with daycare costs and I can afford an ego-t or ego-c, they look great. And by the way most, if not all, the mods on here make me drool lol. I'm like an e-cig zombie, vape...I need vape(zombie voice). Thanks:vapor:

Get a couple protected 14500 cells and a charger. Buy a double AA battery box (Madvapes is a good source). Install a momentary switch and your atomizer connector. Wire it up. There you go, one simple mod. You can do other ones with more electronics in them down the road. Things like variable voltage, touch switches, voltage meters, and LED lights are not all that hard to do with the information available in the modding sections of the forum here.

Have fun!

Honestly, thats pretty steep. Take a look here at these DIY kits from madvapes. Cheaper and easier: Mod Kits

Only thing is, these are for 510 models. But you could just use the connector you have for 901 instead of the 510 connector that comes in the kit. And while you on the site, pickup the 14500 batts and a charger.

Ok perfect, I found the battery box and switch and wires here locally. I'll just look for the 14500 cell batterie w/charger here tomorrow. If no luck I'll order them online. Is $6 for the box and $6 for 2 switches a good price?

If you're in the US, check out Radio Shack, should be able to pick up a battery box for ~$2. Can get 3A momentary switches there also.
