They can be for sure. A good first goal for a brand new vaper is to get a rig that satisfies you and keeps you from smoking. If you can get that going you can branch out from there...Welcome Bill =)

Thanks for all the kind welcomes! Loving the site so far. Its taking a while to get used to moving around and getting where I need to be but Ive already learned a lot! Again thanks for the hospitality, Ive joined other forums in the past and sometimes its just like instant flaming.
